Problem with header in one product - by lovetalavera

Hello, something a little strange happens to me … When uploading some products to my website, there is one specifically that when viewing the individual page of each product the header does not show me well (see: https://www.biciobiker.es/tienda/specialized/bicicletas-specialized/2020-bicicletas-specialized/creo-sl/turbo-creo-sl-expert/), however in other products that I have uploaded it does show me well (see: https://www.biciobiker.es/tienda/specialized/bicicletas-specialized/2020-bicicletas-specialized/creo-sl/turbo-creo-sl-expert-evo/). Why does this happen? Have I left something unattached?

Also, if I change the layout of the product it doesn’t work either, I have them both in inerhit, but if I change it it doesn’t show me well either.

Hello,

You are using the header overlap option to display header over the content. For those products who use layout with the breadcrumbs out of the page content you don’t have the issue http://prntscr.com/rl9tay
Another product layout comes with breadcrumbs inside the product content you get white header over the white product http://prntscr.com/rl9uct

Either use another layout for the product http://prntscr.com/rl9w2l or create the additional header without overlap option for such types of the products https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc .

And why does this happen, if I have uploaded the 2 products in the same way? Also with the additional header I cannot configure it the same … There is some option at the product level that I can change so that the breadcrumb shows it well … I want that in both products, the breadcrumb inserts it in the header and not above the title of the product…

Hello,

The wrong layout is chosen in the general options of the single product http://prntscr.com/rlbo9u I have changed it to the default one and now breadcrumbs are before the product content. You are using the cache, so probably one product was cached with the old settings.
Anyway, check now.

Yes, I’ve seen it, but I don’t like that display mode. I have left it as the previous visualization and I have changed the header for the product that goes wrong as you have told me. My question is, is there a way to drop the previous display and have that product show breadcrumb well? Without having to change the way the products are viewed. Thank you.

Hello,

In this case, disable header overlap option for all your products using multiple headers and condition, for example, http://prntscr.com/rlr2tq .
