Problem with full width (promo) header on tablet and mobile

Hi,

I’m using XStore to build my website and I have a promo-bar on the top-header. When I click on the settings of the top bar I have the ability to switch the top header to “full-width” and that is what I want. But … this only works for the desktop version, when switching to fullscreen on tablet and mobile view it briefly switches the preview to fullscreen but the result on the actual site it is not fullscreen there are still bars visible in the background color.
When now reloading the XStore customizer window the preview is not full-width anymore.

Is this a bug or something I have to adjust somewhere else ?

I see it is okay now. I think I am confused between the two ways to switch to the mobile version. I’ve used the buttons on the bottom of the control-bar where you can switch between desktop-tablet and mobile. O apparently can change the layout of the page but cannot change the color settings. I did change the background at the place you are pointing out but I did not switch at that place ….
