Topic: Problem with filtering – unable to select multiple options

We have a problem reported by customers. It is about filtering on the category and store page. When we select one color, it finds that color. When we select two, it finds none. When we searched for one and want to search for another, we have to deselect one to select the other.
What can we do about this?

Hello,
Do you use 8theme – Swatches filter widget? Try to change Query type in settings of the widget.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
