Problem with Email notifications of new orders in WooCommerce

    Hi, my client is experiencing a problem with the email notifications that she is normally getting through the website from WooCommerce when she gets a new order in. Sometimes she will get an email, but mostly not. I have updated the theme as well as woocommerce, but no changes. The settings are still correct in Woocommerce (to notify her of new orders), so I don’t know where else to look.

    Hello,

    Try to check orders notification using other email address, for example, gmail.
    Let us know the result.
    Also you said that sometimes emails were delivered, so we don’t think the issue is with the theme. However check it with Woocommerce theme Storefront https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ . Are you getting the same result with this theme?
