I have a speed problem that is making me very upset. I installed the theme and hardly changed anything and my speed from vintedoisk.com to the example theme site https://xstore.8theme.com is very different from mine. store is hosted on fastcomet and has the litlecach plugin for cach and still use cloudflare and even so my site is very slow and i’ve optimized the images. What should I do to improve performance

Hello my store is not fast here in gtmetrix it took 6.9 s to load now I want to identify where the error is if it is a server, theme or plugin. if you load my ecommerce it hangs on loading so this gives you help on why it takes the initial load. do a test load my website VintedoisK.com and compare with the tem website https://xstore.8theme.com/. Note the difference in page loading. Please I need help to solve
