Problem with CUSTOM TAB TITLE - by EE Eric

Hi there,
I just realized that CUSTOM TAB TITLE doesn’t work on my site. Look here:
1. https://prnt.sc/oy0sup
2. https://prnt.sc/oy0t7k
I mean, try to click on it (GWARANCJA & DOSTAWA) in any available product on my site. It works great, but few days ago I have added new products.

Also you can see on the second screen: [share title=”Udostępnij:” text=”Bergamo II”]
It looks like the site doesn’t take styles from the code.

Can you help me?

Now I can see that other styles doesn’t work…

I have updated the theme and xcore. Now styles works, but CUSTOM TAB TITLE button doesn’t. Also I can see that the “popular products” widget doesn’t work too. It always get the newest products, now (when I added new products) it remain still.

Hello,

1) Seems you have updated plugin but have not updated theme first time. Don’t update XStore core plugin without theme update in future.
2) You have js errors and it caused the issue with tabs http://prntscr.com/oy8zub So, update the theme to version5.6, XStore core plugin to version 1.2.7, clear plugin cache and check if you still have the problem. Reply back with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site in case still have the problem.

I have updated to version 5.6, , clear cache and it works. but this CUSTOM TAB TITLE still doesn’t work.

Hello,

Looks, that problem caused by minification option of the cache plugin. We found a lot of 404 errors if the option is enabled in auto mode https://prnt.sc/oyjvyz Contact your hosting provider to find the reason of these errors. Meanwhile, keep enabled the manual mode https://prnt.sc/oyjxi0 till you fix the 404 error for the minified files.
