Problem with Coupon code and YITH Gift card in Elementor cart and checkout page

    Hi,
    we have a problem with Elementor Yoga Accessories XStore theme.

    Using the default theme settings cart and checkout pages you encounter the following problems: the user and promo code icons are not displayed and above all the YITH gift code field is not displayed. If you create the cart and checkout pages with the woocommerce shortcode then the icons are displayed correctly and so is the YITH Gift Card field but at this point it is not possible to use Elementor to edit the page.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing FTP access.

    However, it appears that temporary WP-Admin access was not included. Kindly provide this so we can proceed with a more thorough investigation.

    Additionally, it seems that the third-party plugin in question is a premium one and likely has its own support team. We recommend reaching out to them to inquire about compatibility with pages built using Elementor, particularly regarding custom hooks.

    Please share their response with us once you receive it.

    Hi, the plugin is the free version of YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards chosen precisely because I read on your support forum that it was compatible with xstore.

    Regarding the YITH Gift plugin, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/z1dUYNLDIDf5, the gift form is displayed using specific WooCommerce hooks – namely, ‘woocommerce_before_cart’ for the Cart page and ‘woocommerce_before_checkout_form’ for the Checkout page.

    Since your pages are built using Elementor, you can utilize the “WooCommerce Hook” widget, which allows you to select the appropriate hook from a predefined list. For your convenience, you can refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/38Gim1O7FtOS.

    We have already added the necessary widget to both your Cart and Checkout pages. You may now review the implementation at your convenience.
