Hello.

I can not understand how to copy and paste the styles of the demos. always paste the same and the same (blog entries). and the video you uploaded explaining it really does not clarify anything. could you make a video explaining how it works?. also I did not find anything in the documentation of the theme.
that black circle that appears on the mouse pointer in the video, it never works for me.

i can’t make a preview when i want to insert any of the predesigned sections of “studio”. it stays loading. the console shows several errors in the preview stage.

in the store page, when I change the visualization to list mode, the product card looks disproportionate (screenshot 1). I send a screenshot of how I would like it to look like in terms of photo dimensions and style (screenshot 2).

Please check wp-admin access – https://prnt.sc/AZkavlGhyKjw

XStore studio allows import content of sections from different demo versions, for example, edit a page using Elementor > click on Studio icon https://prnt.sc/_XOR1df6e3Ic > find the desired block https://prnt.sc/AuzbGwhdZMSg and import it https://prnt.sc/zKzFQqH8QuFZ > then edit content depends on your needs.

If you want to import a full page, provide us with URL of the demo page, and temporary wp-admin access. We will import that page for you.

– Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look. One of our devs will check it after the weekend.

Make sure that products have variations and variation swatches enabled – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A Demo products after the import do not have correct variation set up, you need to do it by yourself for imported products, or create your own products from scratch. Once you provide wp-admin access, we will be able to create an example on your site.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check the preview in the studion then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Problem with Copy and paste of widgets solved. It seems to be a cookie problem. Thanks.

only remains the issue of adjusting dimensions of the product chart in list view mode (sent two screenshots LINKS).

And I send you a screenshot in private of how Xstore Studio freezes when I want to make a preview before inserting a predesigned section.

I have ssl contracted on the server. I guess you had to install the really simple ssl plugin for some reason. is it to fix the preview problem of xstore studio?

Hello,

We installed that for test purposes if the issue is related to SSL. Forgot to disable that. You can remove that if you need.

hello!

I have already deactivated really simple ssl and no problem.

I continue with the same copy and paste problem that is only solved by closing everything, deleting cookies and reopening. But maybe I can solve it by telling chrome to delete the cookies sent by your server when closing the demo page from where I copy the widgets. I’ll let you know later.

i reduced the default width of the demo because in my country there are a lot of people with notebook screens that are no wider than 1366 px.

i am using a width of 1200 px in the layout of the site.
i would like to enlarge the column where the filter widgets are placed in the store (i send screenshot).

i would not mind if i have to remove some space to the section on the right that shows the product cards. (i send a screenshot of a demo)

if you could send me css or maybe there is an option to do this without code and I could not find it. Maybe it would be a good idea to implement a little more control at this particular point.

Hello,

Go to Pages > edit Shop page > scroll down to 8theme Layout options > Sidebar width > set it to 1/3 for example.

Excelent!.

Question.

How can I have more control over the off canvas of the login.

The idea is to widen it a little so that it shows all the words that now put little dots because they do not enter.
( I was looking at the css but I prefer not to mess up )

Also the letters of “become a seller” are a little small.

Anyway, what would be the selectors to give a little style to it.

Hello. Thanks for the code, it worked perfect!

Is there any possibility to style the forms of the WCFM multi vendor plugin. They look horrible.

I thought the forms would take the style of the theme but they do not.

I could see that there was some code somewhere in the Xstore files that refer to Dokan and WCMP.
Maybe you guys can do something for WCFM in the next update.
