Problem with contact form & Woocommerce maling

    Hi,

    I want to know that how can i change Contact Form Titles (for example: Website to Phone number) & when any new client gets registered to our website they don’t get any mail to confirm registration & we also don’t get any mail as an admin. But when i register as a new user i am able to login without getting any mails.

    Hello,

    To change contact form fields you need edit the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/shortcodes.php (find the section “! Contact form”), to edit Website field go to the line 255.
    Are you using register form from Woocommerce on Sign In page or our form on Register page?

    Hi,

    We are using the registration page which your theme is having by default & checked all the settings in wordpress as well as in woo-commerce.

    Hello,

    Please ask your host to check mail logs on a server.
    There should be some notices why emails can’t be delivered.

    Ok i’ll check it with my host provider. But this problem came after updating your theme before updating it was working.

    One more question if i upload your old theme will it do some problem to me.

    & i have problem that captcha image is also not showing on registering page.

    Hi,

    When a user registers for the first time. He gets a message “Please check your mail for login details”. As you know that the user post login are not receiving e-Mails. We would want to change this message to “Registered Successfully. Sign in & enjoy shopping”.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
    Unfortunately administrator can’t receive email if a new user gets registered. We’ll try to fix it in future updates.
    Concerning the notification to a user email address is taken from the field “Email Address” in the registration form.
    Did your host check mail logs concerning those emails?

    Hi,

    No worries. we have changed the message once any user tries to register.
    I also wanted to know if a user signs in for a newsletter, where does that e-mail id get stored ? as its not coming on to our e-mail id …

    Hello,

    Customers’ emails are stored in wp-admin panel > Users section.
    All users that are registered are shown there.

    Hi,

    When Anyone tries to Subscribe Newsletter, when someone enters email id & click Sign Up the pop gets disappears without showing any thing & client don’t get any notification that he/she is subscribed & we also don’t get any notification or in users on dashboard nothing shows up.

    Please suggest…

    Hello,

    You forgot to select mailing list in MailChimp for WP > Forms > Lists this form subscribes to.
    I’ve selected “Newsletter” list there.
    Please check Newsletter popup window now. I’ve tested it and confirmation email has been sent: http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0603/h_1433337453_5174245_ce7062dbe1.png
    Also you can create “Thank you” page for subscribed users and add url in MailChimp for WP > Forms > Form Settings & Messages > Redirect to URL after successful sign-ups.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help, one more thing i want to know that if i want that after client signup for newsletter the popup should again open saying the “Thank You” message. Is it Possible???
