Problem with complete payment - by equality

hello,
at the last step of payment not display anything and the cart widget also not work.
I have made some changes at functions.php that worked with the previous version,but even if i remove them,the payment not work correctly.

There is error on your site:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /var/www/vhosts/nutramedica.gr/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php on line 98

Have you edited this file?
Try to reupload it from the theme package, we can’t do this getting the error in FTP client:
Response: 550 form-checkout.php: Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error

Or give us permissions to work via FTP.

FTP data is correct, but we can’t edit or upload files because permissions are not allowed.
So please give us permissions to edit the files.

Hello,

The problem is caused by your 3rd-party plugins.
Disable them one by one to find it out.

I found the plugin that creates the problem,but the fact that makes my impression is that the same plugin with the same and more plugins in another site with your theme works fine.
How this it’s possible?

Hello,

Are both sites located on the same server?
If servers differ then the reason may be there is lack of resources on a server.

hello,
the plugin it’s WooCommerce Admin Bar Addition.The other site that works fine with this plugin is ggshop.equality.gr (below is the access credentials).
An other problem that i had between the 2 sites it’s that at nutramedica.gr “my account page” it was translated in greek normally and had an other(nice)appear,but “my account page” at ggshop.equality.gr it wasn’t translated and it had an other appear.So i I was forced to copy my-account.php file from wordpress plugin to your theme woocommerce/my account folder and the 2 sites have now the same appear account’s page.
But also in this case the fact that makes my impression is that at nutramedica.gr there is not my-account.php file at your woocommerce/my account folder and however works fine!
Where is the difference between the 2 sites?
p.s i have update the woocommerce plugin at ggshop.equality.gr,maybe it causes that the issues?

Hello,

My-account.php file in the directory royal/woocommerce/myaccount was removed in the recent theme update. So you don’t need this file there. You can remove it in wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/myaccount.

As I see server settings differ for the sites, for example, for ggshop.equality.gr:

and for nutramedica.gr:

You can check it in Woocommerce > System Status.

You need contact your hosting provider support to change those values.
