Problem with column in shop page - by Elisa

Hi,
i have an issue in the product page, i can show you a screenshot:

This problem is only in the first page of product , because the second and the other page are all right, there are three columns as i set it.
I have this problem in the first page of “product” and in the first page of every category.
I have the latest version of wordpress and woocommerce!
How can i fix it? thank you,

First please update Essential Grid, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer to latest versions.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hi, i updated all plugin downloading from your link but nothing changes. How can i fix the problem now?

Hello,

The problem was caused by the product “Airless Crema Viso Dry and Damaged Skin Night 30 ml”. In short description editor you added the class <div class="product_description"> but you didn’t close that “div”. I’ve added </div> at the end and now the products are shown fine. Please clear your browser cache and check the site.
