Problem with checkout… products are there 2 times – that is confusing

    Hi.
    when user goes to checkout he see selected product(s) 2 times.

    How can i fix it?

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access so we can investigate further.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hi… i try now to deactivate plugins and turn on one by one.
    But its heavy to find the plugin causing the problem.

    Maybe you can check it out ? I am new on this stuff.

    But after uninstalling all plugins, the problem still exists.

    We’re under some pressure because we want to go live with the shop, which isn’t possible in its current state.

    Kindly check the issue now. It appears that, due to the use of an additional plugin – WooCommerce Germanized, there may be a built-in configuration or a specific setting affecting the display of additional images in the Order Review section. To address this, we have disabled the following option in our Checkout Separated widget: https://prnt.sc/l2k0tAngALWV.

    Please let us know if everything is working as expected now.

    Everything works fine now with checkout!
