hi, I can’t hide the categories under the products on the shop page and on the homepage where the product list is.
Show the product photo, but before the price and quantity show all categories and not good.
Also I can’t fully translate the breadcumb and cart and checkout texts

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
1/ Edit product > [8theme] Product Options > select Primary category, or disable categories via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Product Content Elements
2/ Please read about the translation of the theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
    WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/
Core plugin – go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System

    Regards

I’m sorry but the categories menu doesn’t work, I can’t click on the boxes to disable the categories. I try to click, but it doesn’t remove the tick

I believe you, but I have tried on all browsers but always the same problem, when I click to remove the categories there is a bag and it does not make me change anything or hide the categories in the shop grid

hi, as requested, I created a new administrator profile and sent the login credentials to the private area of the form.
I was unable to upload videos and photos.
I just need to hide the categories under the product photo in the shop

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

Next time, you can upload the video here – https://dropmefiles.com/ and provide URL via the Private content area.
The problem was caused by “Composium – Visual Composer Extensions Addon” plugin, I’ve disabled it and then disabled categories via Theme Options. When that plugin is activated the next js error appears in the browser console – You can contact authors of the plugin or keep it disabled – https://prnt.sc/1qxtio8
We don’t give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support

perfect, thanks a lot, if it does not create stability problems for the site, I can leave the visual composer disabled and work with Wp bakery.
    good job
