Problem with aggregateRating, offers, or review tags

Google requires them, and Google Search Console doesn’t index pages till resolving.
it doesn’t make sense to wait when someone leave a comment or rate, at least they have to know about this product. and I don’t want to lie with wrong rate.
These tags exist because when I test single item, Offers tag exists, but on the shop page, it doesn’t appear.
Please help me resolve this issue

Hello,

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Did you mean to change the theme to original instead of child?
I did that, but it looks like this issue exists.
I notices that some people mentioned this problem as well some time ago
