    Hello,
there is a problem with add to cart functionality with variable products on mobile version.

The variable products on mobile version can be put into the cart without being forced to chose an option.

The whole functionality of putting variable products to cart on mobile seems not to work.
When chosing options the options are not shown in the cart.

On desktop it says it cannot be put into cart without chosing the option and every thing is normal. (which should be also like this on mobile)

Its crucial for the conversion rate, customers are confused. Please help. Thank you in advance.

    Hello, @lahem,

We have conducted tests on both the desktop and mobile versions of your site and have encountered the same issue on both platforms.

We kindly request that you activate the default WooCommerce theme, such as StoreFront, and observe the behavior.

If the issue persists with the default WooCommerce theme, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

However, if the issue does not persist with the default WooCommerce theme, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing your browser’s cache, and then rechecking. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue continues to persist, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please ensure that you have taken a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Furthermore, we request that you provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can further investigate:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    We appreciate your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
