    Hello,

I have a problem activating the theme.
In the first installation, the theme is activated without any problems.
Today he gave me that there is an update on the theme and on the xstore core, but it could not be updated, it gave some errors and I decided to do a new clean installation. activation gives me this error: You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.
Why is this happening to me?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
As I can see, the theme can be activated now. Please try one more time.

    Regards

I see the exact opposite. It doesn’t happen again. You have reached activation number limit.

    Hello,

1 license of the theme can be used on 1 staging site + 1 live/production site = 1 end project.
If you want to get a new installation and face the activation limit, contact us, so we check and reset activations for you.

    Regards
