Problem while updating the theme - by sylar

Hi,

We have 2 separate licenses for our sites but even though they are activated, we are having problems while updating the theme and I believe we get an error regarding the license.

Hello,

Seems you used the nulled version before http://prntscr.com/p8468l
Provide us with Dashabord and FTP access to sites. Also, provide us with both licenses and tell us what license for what site should be used. We’ll check if we could help you.

Hi Olga,

The problem actually occurred because we have copied one of the sites but then bought another license for the other site.

I don’t have the FTP access but I can provide you the login details. Would that be enough for you?

I have already tried deleting and re-installing the themes, deactivating and activating the themes with the purchase codes but nothing helped.

I also noticed the same problem mentioned on the forum. Would it be nice if you could share the fix publicly, instead of doing it yourself?

Hello,

We got a few users with a similar problem but it was caused by different reasons, so solution was different. Contact your hosting provider to get FTP access to your site. We need to check files, we won’t be able to edit them without FTP in case it will be needed.
