    Hi there,
    when I am trying to get a new password at the url
    https://myvape.gr/my-account/lost-password/
    I am writing email and hit enter this message appears at the same url

    ΣΦΑΛΜΑ: Please enter a valid CAPTCHA value.

    Any idea?

    Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.
