Problem when import demo, green check requirements

Hello suppor team,
I just installed your theme.
Now I am importing a demo to my site.
System requirement is green checks at all. (https://prnt.sc/21d9adk)
But I got some invalid checklist requirement, and demo import wrong way. (https://prnt.sc/21d9n2b)
Please help us.

Thanks for the reply.
The Core plugin was not installed correctly. Provide temporary FTP access, please. If you don’t know what is FTP then contact your hosting provider. They will give you access.
