  Dear Support,

  I’ve problem upload demo content.
  I’ve follow the doc

  1. Using button Install Base Demo Content in /Theme Option/Import Export
  The response “Successful” but i don’t find any new demo content

  2. Change permission for dir /framework/tmp into 777 and do the step no 1 again
  But the result is the same.

  Hello,

  The page you imported uses Essential Grid element. As I see you imported ess. grids but didn’t create any products, and the “Product” post type is selected in Ess. Grid settings, but there is nothing to show because you don’t have any products. So go to wp-admin panel > Products > Add product.

  Hello,

  You added a product but you didn’t publish it. I’ve published the product and uploaded featured image for it and now it’s displayed on your home page.
  Please check.
