Problem updated LIFESTYLE 1.2 - by QDH - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

I downloaded the Lifestyle theme update. I followed the procedure.

But, I have an error message when I want to transfer via FTP the .zip file

Could you help me please ?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
Please follow the steps below to update theme through FTP:
– Download the zipped package from ThemeForest and extract to your desktop.
– In the extracted package you will find archive Lifestyle_Theme_v.x.x.zip, which is the WordPress theme.
– Extract zip file and upload only extracted lifestyle folder to /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server with overwriting.
If you face any problem, provide us with the screenshot (use such screenshot maker as Lightshot).

Hello,

I did the necessary. However, I have this error message under the theme:
“Damaged themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. The style sheet is missing. ”

Also, on the phone the titles are not displayed on the pictures.

Hello,

1. On your site is installed and activated latest theme version (1.2) and this is correct, but you uploaded the full theme package in themes folder http://prntscr.com/j4ouxe > http://prntscr.com/j4ov45, because of this you get this error http://prntscr.com/j4ovr4 Please delete the Lifestyle_Responsive_Wordpress_Theme folder from wp-content/themes/ folder via FTP. Lifestyle_Responsive_Wordpress_Theme contains useful data but should not be uploaded in the themes folder.
