    I have started using “XStore Child” and the product photos are not visible on the product page.

    Clear cache and check one more time.
    Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

    Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check images then.
    If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access.
