Problem on the website / the whole screen display is not perfect and showing …

hi i have successfully installed the theme , but on the dashboard and also on the main website display showing following message:

Warning: strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home2/john/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 189

Hey,
MY problem is still not solved…
It is now four days passed that i complained for this issue and every day asking on the forum as well ,So it seems to be nothing happening ,un till now there is no solution.
I already complained to the MANAGER of EIGHT THEME but no reply and nothing solved.
PLEASE FIX OUT PROBLEMS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Hello @ijedlickova,

Sorry for a delay.
It’s caused by a lot of queries after Woocommerce plugin update. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Concerning your issue we need also FTP access which you were asked in the previous posts, not only wp-admin.
Please provide us with FTP credentials as well. If you don’t know where to find them you should ask your hosting provider.

Also as I see you have very old version of the theme.
Please update it http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906
Don’t forget to create a back up before update!

Is FTP username correct?
Wat FTP program do you use? Could you please show a screenshot of your settings?
