When I access to the shop page on my ecommerce, and I have selected a product on the cart (or more than one), the elements on the page change and it shows on the same page the payment and shipping options, and on the bottom of it the usual shop page. Instead of just the products of the shop as usual.

I don’t know why the payment options elements appears on the page when I select an item for the cart. When the cart is empty it doesn’t happen!

Would be great to have some help with this.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Please provide some screenshots for a better understanding.
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here via Private Content area – https://prnt.sc/u7vwsg

Thanks for your reply, I added some screenshots about the issue (they will be up for 48 hours).
On the first one you can see the shop showing the products on the store in the right way it supposed to but on the second one, when I’ve got selected an item on the shopping cart and I reload the page, it shows me the payment and billing info before the items on the store.

Please set the administrator role for the user in the Dashboard. Also, provide temporary FTP access.
Did you make changes in child theme files? Is there the same situation when all 3rd party plugins are disabled?

Now you can access being an admin, sorry about that.

I didn’t make changes on the theme, I just used Loco Translate to translate some words to Spanish (just strings). I tried desactivating this plugin and still happening.
