Problem of updating xstore theme and xstore plugin

    Hello, i m facing a big problem when i tried to update the theme and xstore core my website crushed and i cannot access to my wordpress admin and sed this error ” There has been a critical error on your website. Veuillez check your site admin EMAIL inbox for instructions”..
    please help

    Hello,

    1) Fix SSL certificate issue http://prntscr.com/w3vz20 to allow us to check the site
    2) Provide us with FTP access to your site, please.
