Problem of installation of Import demos and error message

    Hi
    I am installing a new Xstore (new client) and when I wanted to install the import demo, I have the message that the server requirements are not enough, so when we checked with the servers and with your server requirements xstore tab, all requirements are met.
    We have also tried to install Xstore core and we have another warning message saying to contact you. Here the link in the private content area. Could you please explain how to fix that.

    Hello,

    Install the latest version of the theme on your site, it is 7.2.7, you can download it from Theme Forest.
    Then provide us with correct access – http://prntscr.com/116i4y3
    Do you want to import the Default demo? WPBakery or Elementor?

    We are in the version 7.2.6. When we tried to update it to 7.2.7 We have the error (message attached).
    Regarding the access you should be able to connect now.

    I’ve updated the theme and activated the Core plugin.
    Try to import the desired demo now.
