    Hello, @ZEPHYR,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ Please check to activate the XStore parent theme under (Appearance > Themes) on your site.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Hello, our dear team, I have tried all the suggested solutions, including turning on the XStore main feature, but to no avail. However, only when I disable the XStore Core plugin does Elementor work. Details of experiments and wp access data in the special content Thank you for being so cooperative. Best regards

    Hello, @ZEPHYR,

Thank you for providing us with the login details necessary to review your site.

Upon careful examination, we have confirmed that the Elementor plugin is functioning correctly, and we did not encounter any issues. For your reference, we have recorded a demonstration video. Please find the video attached in the private content area.

It appears that the issue may be related to caching on your end. We kindly ask you to clear all cache and access the site again using a fresh browser session.

Should you need any further assistance or have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
