Problem displaying the store sidebar plugin

    We purchased the plugin filtereverything.pro and installed the plugin element in the sidebar of the store template, but it’s not displaying. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the theme or the plugin.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact the support of the plugin.

    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
