Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
I am waiting for the problem to be solved
Just to note, the search results will appear this way if you are a visitor to the site or have not registered an account.
If you register an account or log in, everything will be normal.
Hello @Omar Quddam,
We hope this message finds you well.
It appears that there may be a custom plugin or server configuration in place that removes all other GET parameters from the URL when the “s” parameter is present. This behavior is likely due to a custom setting, possibly within the .htaccess file, and does not pertain to theme-related support issues.
We kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for further assistance, as they will be better equipped to investigate and resolve this configuration.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

No, I’m sure this is after the latest template update. I haven’t modified anything or had anything to do with the hosting. This only happens to visitors, but if you log in, everything is fine.
Dear @Omar Quddam,
We hope this message finds you well.
Have you had the opportunity to contact your hosting provider regarding the .htaccess configuration or any relevant server settings? If so, could you please share their response with us?
For testing purposes, we recommend creating a staging version of your website and checking whether the issue persists when using a previous version of our theme. Please note that we have not made any modifications to the search functionality in our most recent updates.
Should you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,

I contacted the hosting providers and we did some of the actions mentioned in the htaccess file and then they informed me to contact you since this is the problem on your part
Dear @Omar Quddam,
I hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly clarify the recent changes made to your server configuration with your hosting provider? As previously mentioned, it appears that there may be some restrictions affecting the use of additional GET parameters in the URL during search actions.
We would appreciate your assistance in reviewing this matter.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Please transfer me to another person. I explained previously that everything was fine until the last update. Also, this does not happen if the customer logs in.
I have 2 websites on the same hosting and there is no problem
thank you. I have contacted the hosting provider and the reason is the permalinks.
