Hi, I have problems with the appearance of this particular page. While I have chosen to display 12 products, on the first page they appear normally and then they appear in 2. But again the appearance of each product is different. It appears with the default setting. I have to press refresh in the browser for the correct form of each product to appear.
I am using filters again, the same problems.
Can you tell me why I am not using yours for the filters, because the appearance of the categories is wrong, the subcategories are not displayed correctly. The subcategories are also displayed as categories, this is wrong. I am looking to find if I can change this and I cannot find it.
What should I do to make them appear correctly?
I am sending you access so that you can see it because there is no point in sending you images and videos if you do not see what it does in practice.
    Can you help?
Otherwise, I should change the theme I am using if such problems continue to appear.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @sampanis,

Upon reviewing the issue, we found that you have a third-party plugin (ShopLentor) installed for creating Product Archive, Single Product, and other templates (see: https://prnt.sc/hwntDD5GSqf_). At the same time, you are also using our built-in builders functionality for building such templates. This combination appears to cause conflicts in certain cases, such as with Ajax pagination on the shop page.

A similar situation occurs with the filters on your shop page, as they conflict with the content loaded by the plugin. This happens because you are using the Archive Products template from our theme and also keep activated builders templates from ShopLentor plugin.

The recommended solution is to either disable the mentioned plugin and check if the issue is resolved, or use the layouts for the Shop page, Single Product, etc., provided by the installed plugin with our ones from theme disabled. Currently, both template builder scripts are being loaded on the same pages, which prevents them from functioning and loading content correctly.

Could you please clarify why you installed the WooLentor plugin? It is possible that the features you intended to use from this plugin are already built into our theme and work without conflicts.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

Thanks for the support! My topic “problem archive product page xstore theme” has been successfully resolved.

    Advanced Product Filter
It correctly displays the product categories with subcategories. Because I want to use filters with the characteristics and have them appear only in a specific product category. To display filters with the characteristics only those that concern the specific subcategory, and not for all.
