Problem after updated V.2 - by jonology - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    My Website have some problem after updated to v.2

    1 – My Homepage set to show feature product and best seller products but after updated images not show.

    2 – logo shwcase plugin work well with v.1.5 but after updated I found only blank screen no image show.

    3 – single product page, Images are vertically aligned with the same size , no small image anymore.

    I think all question is a problem about carousel.but I don’t know How can I do.

    Please help me solve this problem.

    Hello,

    We’re getting 403 Forbidden error when trying to access wp-admin panel.
    What is the Authorization code that is asked on wp-login page?

    Sorry, but we’re still getting this error http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0615/h_1434391637_5261893_44e829c6be.png .
    Please check if there are any rules in .htaccess file or any restrictions on a server.

    I already turn off “Stealth Login Page plugin”

    1.bestseller and feature product image disappear (home page)
    null

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we can’t log in to wp-admin panel.
    Please check if there are any restrictions on a server. Did you close access for different IP addresses except of yours?

    i’ve contact my host already and they said you can access to my wp-admin right now.

    Hello,

    Now images on single product pages are shown fine. Please check. I’ve enabled option “Enable slider for gallery images” in Theme Options > Single Product Page.

    Also please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ as we can’t connect via FTP.

    Everything look ok right now.
    Every problem was solved.
    only new little problem is “out of stock” banner in product carousel.(at my homepage)

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by one of your plugins. Please disable them one by one to find it out.
