Problem after updated to Royal 2.0 - by icc

    Hi, I found the problem after updated royal theme to Royal_v2.0

    1. in the product tab element
    (FEATURED PRODUCTS . SALE PRODUCTS) normally its show feature products in feature products tab but now it’s disappeared,

    2. Revolution banner position normally before update the position is not too low like this.

    How can I fix this please?

    I already pasted your custom css. Now Feature tab showing feature products item but the tab button not working correctly?

    And if I swicth to frontend editor the product tab button is working.

    About banner revolution slider is too low I have to fix position in revolution slider > setting > position area.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but there is still 403 error.
    Please check if you set any restrictions in .htaccess file or changed permissions for wp-admin folder.
    Also ask your host to check if there are any restrictions on a server to WP Dashboard panel.

    You’re using old plugins versions.
    You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Yes, you need upload the latest plugins versions via FTP in wp-content/plugins folder.

    Hello @chris,

    Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you downloaded.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Hello @icc,

    I’ve added Woocommerce Product Categories widget into “Shop Sidebar” area in Appearance > Widgets and marked to show product counts. Please check sidebar now.

    Regarding the map, it’s not working with default WordPress theme too.
    You can check it yourself activating Twenty Fifteen theme.

    Recreate this element or try to use other Google Map element in Visual Composer editor.

    I think Google Map element from Ultimate VC Addons is not working.
    Now I use other Google Map element in VC.
