Problem after transfering site to another hosting provider

Hello!

After transferring site to different hosting provider there is just a plain text on white page without previous theme layout and custom CSS I did on the page.

I have backup of all WP files and a copy of MySQL database, which were used before transfer, but still cannot get previuos look back.

Please help me :/

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance from their side first.
Probably you did not migrate correctly. Try the Duplicator plugin.
We recommend contacting your hosting provider, because, as a rule, hosting support helps with this. Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions.
