Problem after theme update - by rasitmeletli

    Hello, when the theme is updated, the settings we make in areas such as header, body are broken. What is the cause and solution for this?

    The current theme version is 7.0.2
    Version broken upon update: 7.1.2

    Will this problem be solved if I use a child theme?

    Hello,

    After updating the theme to 7.1.2 and Core plugin to 3.1.2, go to Theme Options and Publish them. Clear cache and check the site then.

    When I update the theme and plugin, my settings on the website are broken. Header breaks down. The menu is spoiled. I will wait for the next version.

    Hello,

    Did you try to follow the recommendations and just resave theme options after the update?
    Or provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll check and help you.

    While setting up the theme, I forgot to install the child theme. I’ve made a lot of adjustments to the site. And now when I do an update, I have to do all the settings again. And although I install the child theme now, I’m afraid of losing the settings I made again. If you can transfer my current settings to the child theme and install it, I will not lose my settings in the next updates.

    Do you mean settings in Theme Options or you edited files of the parent theme?

    I purchased your theme because I like your demo work. I want exactly the features there, and I opened ticket number 253008 related to this before. the settings there are also broken.

    As it appears in this demo, when you click the basket button in the menu, the basket page opens on the right side of the screen. Likewise, when you add the product to the basket, the basket screen appears on the right side of the page. This is broken in the update you are doing now.
