Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
Please go to Appearance > Install plugins > install Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin and activate the plugin on your site.
To solve this http://prntscr.com/luii65 go to Theme options and change any option (for example site width to 1180px), save options and then you can change the option back.
Let me know the result.

–> Massive Addons for WPBakery Page is allready actived. So problem not resolve 🙁
What can i do?

To solve this http://prntscr.com/luii65 go to Theme options and change any option (for example site width to 1180px), save options and then you can change the option back.

The problem was related to Product element of Massive Addons plugin. The product was not selected in settings – http://prntscr.com/lukf4z

Settings of Product element are not visible on your site, there is Internal server error – https://prnt.sc/nnhfzl The 500 error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. Contact your hosting providers and ask to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.
Also, you don’t use the recommended version of MySQL http://prntscr.com/nnhgxu Your hosting provider should be able to help with the updating + increase PHP time limit to 60-80.
