Hello, I have a big problem that has never happened to me before. I can’t make variations. The templates were created before, after my developer removed them by mistake, I can’t make variations anymore. The menu doesn’t work and doesn’t allow me to save manually or select automatically. It works with him and he’s currently making them. I logged out of the account and tried with others but I don’t understand what’s happening. Please help

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please try using a different browser and check if the issue persists.
Could you also let us know if you see any errors in the browser console? To open the browser console, press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) / Command + Option + I (Mac), then select the Console tab.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your reply.

In another browser it worked. However, at the moment I can’t set a new color when I go into attributes I only have the option for the caption. I can’t choose what color to have for the given caption. Even when I go into already made templates I still don’t see how to choose the color. Maybe my developer did something. Can you fix the problem?

I can’t understand what you mean. I mean I have a problem with variations. It doesn’t let me choose a color when I go to make a new template in attributes

    Hello @JohnyB,

The issue may be caused by an incorrect slug assigned to your attributes. Please note that the slug should contain only Latin characters, whereas you have used Bulgarian characters. Please change the corresponding slugs to use Latin characters.

Actually, this is not true! But even if it were true, with a new template, it still doesn’t give me the option to set the color. That is, to choose whether the circle should be green or pink, for example!

The other problem has been fixed, but the one in the video still hasn’t. I don’t understand why the ready-made templates are displayed in another browser, but not here. I only work through Chrome. Help me fix this!

    Dear @JohnyB,

The issue in your video appears to be related to the configuration of product settings provided by WooCommerce. You can find more information here: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/. This means you can switch to a default theme, such as Storefront, to replicate the issue.

We recommend clearing your browser cache or checking the site using an incognito window. Please note that we can only address issues related to our theme.

Additionally, we created a test product on your website using the Chrome browser without encountering any issues. The URL of this test product is provided in the private content.

This is the problem that I can’t do it. When I log in through another browser it works. But I work with Google Chrome. It used to work and I’ve done it before. I don’t know what broke it! I cleared the cache of the site and the browser and I still can’t add products!

I think this problem is directly related to your theme because it allows me to make variations. I have another site, on the theme of Porto, and I have no problem there!

    Hello @JohnyB,

As previously confirmed, we did not detect any issues on your website testing the issue from different browsers (including the Chrome browser) from our side. We kindly ask you to test the issue on your mentioned store using the default theme, such as Storefront. Please note that the test should be performed on the same website where the issue occurs, in order to verify whether it can be replicated with another theme.

At this stage, we recommend testing the issue with the Storefront theme on the specified website and providing us with a video of your test results. You can upload the video to the https://fex.net/ server.

Thank you for your understanding and for following our support guidelines.

    Best regards,
