Problem Activating Theme – theme-functions.php on line 2961

Hello,
I’m trying to upload the theme to WP.
It does load, but when you click ACTIVATE I get a black screen with this message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/storage/a/9a/4c/euusorockuse/public_html/wp-content/themes/WooPress_Responsive_Ecommerce_Wordpress_Theme/woopress_theme/framework/theme-functions.php on line 2961

Could you help me?

Please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

I deleted the theme from the site… in private content follows the information you’ve asked!
