Problem [8THEME] shortcode - by d4r1uzzo

Hello,
I find an error with the shortcode [8THEME] Product:

When I open the page where this shortcode is inserted to recall the products; of the last product the thumb is not displayed.

The same happens to me with the shortcode [8THEME] Blog carousel:

It’s a problem I’ve encountered recently, probably since I updated the XStore Core plugin from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6.

Can you help me?

Hello,

Try to regenerate both images. If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access so I can take a closer look.

I tried to rebuild the thumbnails but the problem still persists.

Hello,

1) Your link does not allow us to log in. Provide username and pass, please.
2) Try to disable Lasy Loading for this element in the element settings.
