Hi, I have two problems.
1- Indicates an update that can not be found on the update page.
2- Inform that my Envato purchase code does not exist.

Could you please help me?

It also indicates:
Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits (e.g. Live Updates).
A new version of Slider Revolution is available.

It informs that it is deactivated and that there is a new version.

You need to update the plugin via FTP. We’ve sent the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder (5.5) to your registration email. Please read our documentation.

All the premium plugins included in our theme are external and we have the right to build them into our theme as we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins. These plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest https://www.8theme.com/faq/
