Hi –
After updating to version 2.9, the primary images in the product image scroller disappeared. I even tried resetting the primary image in some affected products but nothing came back.
Is there a code change the occurred that could be causing this?
My login and FTP details are below.
thx.
Hello,
This question is a bit unclear for us. Could you please clarify us with more details and show us screenshots with issue?
As I see you’re using old theme and plugins versin. Please update theme to 2.9.2 version.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

I put a link below that will show the issue: The featured image on the product pages doesn’t display anymore.
Basically, i updated my theme and Woocommerce to the current template a few weeks ago and the featured image for many of my products disappeared in the image scroller on the product page.
I can’t quickly update to the newest Legenda theme since i modified some of the source fiies. So i was hoping you could steer my to a short fix since i’m probably not the first person to report this.
appreciate the help.
Hello,
Did you modify files in the parent theme?
As I see you’re using child theme. Move all your changes there and update the theme and plugins to the latest versions.
We don’t recommend to edit parent theme files because after update you’ll lose all your customizations.

Thx. I get how to update the theme.
So, the issue is that the 1st image of a product variations photo scroller is not showing up. The issue lies with the img tag itself; the 1st img src is referencing an image that doesn’t exist however within that same tag it references the correct image in the data_o-src attribute. So how do I get the scroller to show the data_o-src image?
Any thoughts on what js to modify
Hello,
I’ve reuploaded the image.
Please check product page now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
