Prices of products - by damon - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there,

I’ve set the price on variable products in woocommerce, as a normal price as well as a sale price.
However, only the sale price is appearing.

I would like it to display the full RRP and the sale price on each product.
i.e
NOW £101.50
Was £145.00

Please could you help me with this, as the settings i think are correct.

Hi Rose,

Sorry to be such a bother.

Ive really tried to figure the above out, but with no luck whatsoever.

I understand that perhaps it is not due to the theme, but not sure if there is an option somewhere that I am missing out on.

But would greatly appreciate help from an experienced professional like yourself.

Please look at product Bianca for example.

Hello,

Please update theme to latest version https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/installation_upgrade (Theme Upgrade) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k&feature=youtu.be
Theme version 3.2 is available on ThemeForest (log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section) and WooCommerce plugin to 3.0.5 version (https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ – http://prntscr.com/f6j0xj)
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

Thank you.

I have purchased the theme from your website directly as opposed to theme forest.

Where do I get the updated theme from?

Am i correct that once updated, I can then install the latest version on Woo Commerce.

Go to Your account page on our site and in section Available download you can find Legenda theme 3.2 version.
I have sent the purchase code to your email.
You can use the new woocommerce version with the latest legenda version.
