    I created a lot of post in video format emdedding from youtube and adding a short description

    I’d like to show them in the usual visual composer’s post grid

    Unfortunately I can’t get any preview image of the video in the box created by the grid, that remains black (blue background with the symbol of the missing image). Preview of an embedded video is usually shown in the default theme.

    See the problem directly here https://giulio.dietabenesserehl.it/newhlstaging/video/

    Is there any way to solve this?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
    Have you uploaded Featured images for posts?
    Could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area?

    Regards

    I did not upload Featured images and I cannot do it.
    I uploaded a lot of posts from a csv file and I need the preview of the video to appear in the post grid (even if it is not the post grid, I need the preview to appear automatically)
    The result should be the same as this page https://www.prodotti-dietahlife.it/cat/video/

    The page I need help for is here (not published): https://prodotti-dieta-erbalife.it/video-prova-anteprime/

    Hello,

    Please give us full access to WP Dashboard, not to My Account page only.

    Hello,

    In next theme update, will be added an option to upload a featured video for posts http://prntscr.com/j8y6u2 This video will be shown on the blog page and inside the post content.
    For now, we’ve sent content.php and single.php files to your registration email, you can replace these files in woopress folder via FTP. Also, open woopress/framework/theme-options.php file > find
    posts_meta_boxes function and add this code:

    array(
                'id'          => 'post_video',
                'label'       => 'Featured video',
                'type'        => 'text'
    ),

    http://prntscr.com/j8w75k
    Unfortunately, possibility to show video, of posts, in the post grid, requests a lot of additional customization in source code and it is out of our support scope. You can maybe find a plugin that can provide such functionality or contact WP-Kraken team.

    You’re welcome.
    We did nothing, maybe it was a cache problem.
    Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Regards
