Good morning, how are you? I am re-doing a site with the royal theme but I am having 2 issues.
#1 Prev / Next Arrow
The Prev / Next arrows on the home page slide show are foreign symbols. I reached out to Revolutions slider and they said to contact our them provider.
#2 Banners Disappear
When you go to mobile or table some of the banners disappear. Look at the blue Attach it Anywhere section and you can see something happens when you shrink it down. There is only 1 or 2 banners not all 3. Why id that happening/?
Thank you so much for your help.
Have a great day.
Sylvia
I just noticed that not only are the banners disappearing that row is also covering the slideshow for the home page?
Hello,
The credentials are incorrect.
Please check them.

I thought I sent the proper credentials yesterday but it doesn’t look like I did. Here they are below in private.
Hello,
You should update theme and plugins to the latest versions.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Eva Kemp.
I updated everything and I am getting this error now:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_row_css_class() in /home/truetest/public_html/wp-content/themes/royal/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 22
And when I activate WooCommerce I get this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 116706 bytes) in /home/truetest/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 295
For now I left WooCommerce un-activated.
Thank you,
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials.
Also you need contact your hosting provider and ask to increase memory_limit value to fix the error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size”.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Do you know why WooCommerce is taking that much memory to run? I am going to disable all the WooCommerce plugins for now. Attached is ftp access.
Hello,
1. The issue has been fixed.
2. You’re using a lot of Woocommerce extensions that may take more memory than just one Woocommerce plugin.
If you want to use them all you need ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thank you for the help. I disabled the YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier and Wishlist and it is working. At least I know what the issue was now.
Thanks
