Preloader on Mobile just on home page and some land pages

Hello, I’m having a problem with the theme. I think its a weird one.

Everytime I go to the Home Page https://www.bigwatchbuyers.com/ the preolader shows up just on mobile. The thing is that i disabled the preloader on all the theme, and also it shows just when I access directly to the homepage. If i navigate to a product the problem doesn’t shows. Also after visiting a product and go back to home the problem disappear.

I’ve tried on Safari, Chrome and Opera for iPhone

Could you help me with this problem please. I already clear all cache from the server, cloudflare and WP Rocket.

Hello,

Have you cleared cache of browser on your mobile? Could you record a video of the problem?

Yes, i clear all cache from wp rocket, and Siteground, and the preloader is disabled since the beginning. How can I send the videos?

Record a video, for example – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207935 , upload it here – https://dropmefiles.com/ and provide URL via the Private Content area.

We click the site link and opened that. What version of iPhone do you use? Could you try from another device?

I believe it’s related to wp-rocket because I think the preloader only shows when enable wp-rocket, but what can be causing that? because the preloader its not activated on the theme options.

Hello,

If you detected that it happens only if the cache is enabled then contact WP Rocket plugin support. We checked your site a few times and never faced the mentioned problem.
