Preloader display issue Royal theme - by Crealys

Hello technical team,

We are currently experiencing problems with 2 websites we did with the royal template.
The pre-loader is not displayed properly when window size is increased. (tried with both safari and chrome)

Hello,

You’re using old theme and plugins versions.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

Hello,
We have updated the theme and plugins.
Still the same problem with preloader.
in addition the website display a white screen when fullscreen on random interval…
tested on chrome(WIN/MAC), firefox(WIN) & safari.

Hello,

When you resize browser window you need reload a page.
Also when viewing site on mobile devices there is a spinning loader shown.
Please check the site on mobile devices and not only resizing browser window.

Please see my answer in bold below:

We are going too far from the issue here…

Anyone else in the support Staff can help us on that matter?
The only problem we have is that the page does not display as it should be when window size of the browser is exceeding 1200px. same problem with the preloader display. In your demo it works fine.
