Possible to have a static block in product category pages?

Hello,

Is it possible to place a static block at the top of product category pages, the same as the one that already exists for the shop page for the ‘Sport’ demo?

^ static block containing video above the shop

https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/sport/product-category/badminton/
^ category items shown with no static block by default
