Portfolio Page Images Not Loading Properly

    I am using the latest version of Chrome on a PC and the images do not all load properly. Some of them show that they are cut off like this: https://gyazo.com/1571e5979f951f0b1abaa7aac22942fe

    We have added an image refresh that refreshes the images after 8 seconds, but it is only a workaround. Can you advise how to get the images to load properly the first time?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we can’t replicate the issue on our side.
    Does the issue persist only in Chrome or other browsers too?

    Yes, it happens in both Internet Explorer and Firefox also. As I said, we’ve put a js reset on the page so that it refreshes and fixes the issue after 8 seconds (which is about how long it takes the page to load).

    When you say you aren’t able to reproduce it, do you mean you aren’t seeing it on our website? Or do you mean you don’t see it happening on your installations of the theme?

    If you load our page and immediately start scrolling, you should see the issue.

    Hello,

    We don’t have such issue on our testing sites and I don’t see it on your page even I’ve started scrolling the page immediately.

    Please try to disable js reset temporarily so we can view the problem.

    Hello,

    I have a similar problem. When I load my portfolio for the first time, the last few pictures are placed one on another. You do not have to scroll fast to see it, as the problem disappears just when I start to sort pictures or when I reload the site. I tested it on Firefox and Internet Explorer. It has nothing to do with your last theme update – I have this issue since I launched my website. I did not change anything with refreshing, as I do not even know how. Please check this site:

    I tested it on another computer and with another ISP and it is all the same.

    Do you have any idea on what is wrong?

    Hello @BlankM,

    Please take our apologies for a delay.
    We checked Portfolio page on our test site and didn’t see the same issue as on your site.
    Our developers didn’t make any changes concerning Portfolio in the theme update, so the update couldn’t affect this.
    As I see it happens only in Chrome browser, I couldn’t replicate the problem in other browsers.

    We’re very sorry, but for now we can’t give you the exact solution.

    Hello,

    thank you for an idea to check your theme live preview on my computer. I see the same problem with your live preview portfolio on IE and Firefox. You can see the pictures attached.

    It seems it is not directly connected with my website or my host settings, but it is the way your theme is displayed depending on some factors like a device, operating system, IPS…

    Hope you will find the way to fix it soon, as it looks bad.
