    Hi,

    Is there any way we can add a note to our customers or a popup notifying them of an extra term of purchase?

    If not with the template is there a plugin?

    Hello,

    Try to use Terms and Conditions page in WooCommerce->Settings->Checkout.
    If you don’t like this option you can use some third-party plugin to implement such functionality.
