Popup not working - by racyred - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, my website is adionaliving.com and I have made a form through mail chimp and tried to put it into the popup option that is already in the theme. When I tried using the default popup, it didn’t work, saying the form id (which I copied and pasted from the correct email list) wasn’t correct. Then I tried inputting my custom form code off mail chimp…now the form does not appear at all! Can you please help? All options are enabled, and the form used to work, so I don’t know what changed.
