Popup not popping.. - by Floppy78 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,
    I’m just trying popup feature: I’ve created a static block (with Mailchimp form), published and added the static block in theme options>promo popup editor. Everything is activated but I still can’t see the popup refreshing the page.
    Could you help me?

    Hello,

    You should enable top bar in Theme Options > Enable Top Bar > On.
    After that pop up window will show. Also you need write static block id and not its name. I’ve edited it in Theme Options > Promo Popup.
